Surveys and GDPR Data Access

Pinto Research occasionally hosts private online tools and conducts private online surveys for client companies. These web pages are not linked on our public-facing website, are isolated from the wider Internet, and are always password-protected.

For the purpose of collecting and aggregating data in these surveys, we always log three pieces of standard infomation: 1) your IP address; 2) the time & date of access; 3) and a "user-agent" code identifying general information about your visit (e.g., your operating system, your web browser, etc.). In addition, any information explicitly provided by you as part of the survey will be recorded. This might include YOUR name, ratings scales, open-ended questions, or the name of someone for whom you might be providing feedback.

If you have participated in a password-protected survey or other data collection task and would like us to provide you with a review of the information collected, stop processing of previously-collected data, erase your personal data, or correct or revise any existing previously-collected data, please email your request to us at .

Cookies, Security, and Google Analytics

Pinto Research's public-facing web pages do not use any cookies to store information about site visits. In addition, none of our public-facing web pages contain any embedded links to external 3rd-party services or software libraries or cookies. All of our pages require secure HTTPS connections (using TLS 1.2 security). All password-protected surveys and any other online tools on this site do not use cookies. Thus we are confident that any private information you might disclose here is accessible only by us.

However, our public-facing web pages do use Google Analytics to track general patterns in site visits. Please note that this tracking is configured to anonymize each vistors' IP address, so no personally-identifying information is sent to, nor is it stored by Google.
